The bigger picture

For those who’ve asked, here is how the newly embellished purple frontal looks in the church.

IMG_3301 After…IMG_8333In the process of capturing these images I’ve realised that purple is a tricky shade to photograph <grin>. Sometimes it looks blue, as above.

And sometimes it looks as it should, below.

  1. That looks fabulous Di, you have done good! Must say I do like the morning tea too, I hope you indulged a little.....those mince tarts look so good.......

  2. The altar parament looks wonderful, Di! Your workmanship is stunning and really sets off the entire front of the church. Is purple your Advent liturgical color? Ours is blue, which I've never completely understood.

Darling reindeer. How festive! It looks like everyone's sharing season's treat-ings!

  3. Exquisite! So perfect for this wonderful season. blessings, marlene

  4. It is lovely!
Your little get together looks like it had some really yummy things.
The advent calendar you made in the pevious post is so cute.
Thanks for your kind comment on my blog. Merry Christmas to you.
