QUILTING
Margaret was quilting-as-she-went adding delicately coloured scrappy strips directly onto her batting and backing.
Cath finished off this quilt using a large stipple pattern on her machine.
I used my machine’s walking foot to echo the square shapes of my baby quilt.
FLAUNTING
Gillian’s quilt top was almost finished by home time.
as was Michelle’s (that’s Di C flaunting camera-shy Michelle’s little quilt )
Speaking of flaunting, here’s Matilda having a “look at me” moment.
So many beautiful little Blankets of Love for RPA Newborn Intensive Care.
And two more for the Marcia Burgess Autism Specific Early Learning and Care Centre at Liverpool (usually shortened to “The Marcia”, for obvious reasons!)

ReplyDeleteI smiled all the way through this post. The fabric choices are so perfect for "The Marcia." My smile turned to a huge grin at the end of the post. That Matilda is adorable. I can tell she worked very hard with St. Mark's Quilters.
